Fee Schedule

Individual counselling - $150 per session

Sessions are tailored to suit individual needs and can be attended in person or via telephone or telehealth video calls.

Biofield therapy - $120 per session

Please allow up to 75 mins

Specialising in cleansing, repairing, balancing, and strengthening the energy system (biofield), to restore the flow of energy, promote relaxation and stress reduction, support recovery, and facilitate wellbeing.

Biofield therapy is deeply relaxing and non-invasive, and during a session the client lies fully clothed on a massage table whilst listening to peaceful background music and receiving treatment.

Combined counselling and biofield therapy - $200 per session

The session starts with 45 minutes of biofield therapy and is followed by 45 minutes of counselling.

Letters and documentation preparation - $240 per hour

Therapeutic Services and Group Facilitation for Service providers

Corporate and Government sector - $250 per hour

Not-for-profit sector - $180 per hour

Fees are calculated on an hourly rate to cover session development, planning, administration, and facilitation. Additional fees may be charged for venue booking, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, and beverages. 

Service providers may be charged 50% of the full fee for cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice.

Payment Terms

Individuals

Onsite appointments can be paid via Visa, Mastercard or debit cards, at the end of the appointment.

Credit/debit card details are not stored by the service so client must be present to pay by card.

If client is unable to pay via card, an invoice will be issued immediately after the appointment and payment can be made via direct credit into business bank account.

Telephone and Telehealth Video appointments will be emailed an invoice directly following the appointment and payment can be made via direct credit into business bank account.

A tax invoice for all appointments will be emailed to clients following receipt of payment. Payment terms are seven days.

Providing at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments helps us to keep session costs down, maximises our availability to clients and minimises lost therapy time.

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments, with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $100 fee.

Missed appointments, without any notice may incur the full fee.

Fees will have to be paid before further appointments are booked or attended.

Payment of full fee is still required if you arrive late for an appointment.

Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or direct credit to bank account.
