About Francesca

I am a mother and grandmother, and family is at the core of my life. Like most people, I have experienced the highs and lows of life and through my experiences I have learned that life does not always unfold the way we expected or hoped it would. It is full of unexpected twists and turns, and to survive and thrive, I have learned to be grateful for the good times and persevere and learn from the challenging times.

I have learned that it is okay to prioritize our need for self-care and to take the time required to heal, recover, and renew our energy. It is vital that we take control of and responsibility for our own healing and maintain a healthy mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. It is equally important to recognise when we are struggling and to reach out, ask for and accept help when we need it.

I have a passion for empowering women to be authentic and true to oneself and supporting them to be the best version of themselves. I encourage, guide, and support women with warmth and compassion and provide a safe and nurturing space that allows them to explore, reflect and express themselves, without judgement. I aim to build their courage and confidence to live with purpose and create meaningful lives that are in line with their values and desires.

Approach to service delivery

Francesca uses a trauma informed and strengths-based approach and works within a holistic framework that considers the mental, emotional, physical, cultural, social, and spiritual needs of clients.

Francesca draws from evidence-based therapies that include mindfulness, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, person centred therapy, emotional freedom technique (tapping), meditation and biofield therapy to address the unique needs of clients.

Francesca supports clients to explore how their conditioning, thought processes and core belief systems influence their feelings, attitudes, behaviour and choices and how this may affect their capacity to maintain health and wellbeing.

Clients are supported to identify and change core belief systems that disempower and limit them and are empowered to adopt new beliefs that are in line with their values and support their personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

Francesca works with clients to identify personal and intergenerational patterns of behaviour that negatively affect them and guides and supports them to change the direction of their lives. Clients are provided with a toolbox of exercises, techniques, and strategies to help them cope with emotional triggers and stress so they may continue to break unhealthy patterns in their lives and create lasting change.
